Hareen Lalria, MACP Candidate, Student Therapist Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

**Children, Teens and Adults ADHD, Anxiety and Emotional Regulation**

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Children, teens, and adults can sometimes feel overwhelmed by emotions they do not yet understand or know how to express. This may show up as anxiety, difficulty focusing, school stress, emotional outbursts, withdrawal, avoidance, or challenges in relationships with family and friends.

Hareen supports children, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, school refusal, relationship and friendship concerns, and life transitions. She also works collaboratively with parents who are looking for support understanding their child’s needs, responding to challenging behaviours, and strengthening connection within the family.

Hareen’s approach is warm, patient, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s age and individual needs. When working with children and teens, she recognizes that meaningful therapy does not always happen through direct conversation alone. She works to create a comfortable space where younger clients can gradually understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident expressing what they need.

Her work draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, including practical strategies for understanding thoughts, managing strong emotions, improving communication, and navigating stressful situations. Hareen is also completing additional training in Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed approaches.

Hareen is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and provides psychotherapy as a student therapist under clinical supervision. She offers individual therapy for children, teens, and adults, as well as parent consultation sessions.

You are welcome to book a complimentary consultation to ask questions and explore whether Hareen may be the right fit for you or your child.

Kritika Mehta, MSc, RP She/Her | Young Adults and Adults | Trauma, Anxiety and Relationships

LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR NEW CLIENTS

You may be the person everyone relies on while privately feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you have learned to keep the peace, carry other people’s emotions, or stay strong even when a part of you feels overwhelmed.

Kritika works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, childhood and complex trauma, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, body image concerns, chronic pain, life transitions, and family or cultural expectations. She particularly supports women who want to understand and change patterns that may have been carried across relationships or generations.

Her approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and gently honest. Therapy with Kritika is not about being analyzed, judged, or told what to do. It is a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and make room for parts of yourself that may not have felt heard before.

Kritika draws from EMDR, expressive arts therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and parts-based approaches. Depending on your needs, sessions may involve conversation, practical strategies, creative exploration, or deeper trauma processing. Her work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, and tailored to each client’s pace and lived experience.

As a South Asian immigrant therapist who has lived and studied in different parts of the world, Kritika understands that mental health, identity, family, culture, and belonging are often deeply connected. She aims to create a space where clients do not have to explain or minimize the cultural context surrounding their experiences.

Kritika has over 13 years of experience providing psychotherapy and more than 16 years of experience in the mental-health field. She offers virtual therapy across Ontario and in-person appointments in Vaughan.

You are welcome to book a complimentary consultation to ask questions and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Corrado Recchiuti, MACP, RP He/Him | Individuals and Couples | Sex and Relationship Therapist

DAYTIME AND EVENING APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE

You may be feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, caught in the same relationship patterns, or unsure how to talk openly about intimacy, sex, and emotional needs. Perhaps anxiety, past experiences, self-doubt, or fear of judgment are making it harder to feel secure and connected.

Corrado works with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, intimacy and sexual concerns, self-esteem, anxiety, and trauma. He understands that these concerns can feel deeply personal and difficult to discuss. His approach is open, collaborative, and non-judgmental, creating space to explore what is happening without shame or pressure.

Rather than using the same approach with every client, Corrado draws from different therapeutic methods based on your needs. His work is particularly informed by Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and narrative therapy. Together, you may explore the roots of current patterns, understand how earlier experiences continue to affect you, and develop practical tools for creating meaningful and lasting change.

Corrado is a Registered Psychotherapist with over five years of experience working primarily with individuals and couples. He is also a clinical supervisor and Yorkville University-approved practicum supervisor.

Corrado offers both virtual and in-person therapy. You are welcome to book a complimentary consultation to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Vaaraki draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, incorporating practical tools for emotional regulation, coping, communication, and meaningful change. Her previous experience in acute and hospital-based care also allows her to bring steadiness and clinical understanding when supporting clients through periods of distress or transition.

As a Tamil Sri Lankan immigrant, Vaaraki brings both professional knowledge and lived cultural understanding to her work. She offers therapy in English, Tamil, and French, allowing clients to express parts of their experiences without always having to translate them.
